This is a high-end commercial complex located in the central part of Singapore. It was designed with the concept of "lanterns within the city." Normally, glass-clad commercial buildings can make it difficult to achieve a cohesive appearance due to the prominent lighting of individual tenants adjacent to the glass façade. However, in this project, a soft indirect lighting was incorporated into the spandrels (gaps between floors) of each level, illuminating the curtain wall's fritted glass, as well as casting gradients of light onto wave-shaped screens and wood-panel surfaces. This design approach ensures a unified sense of luxury throughout the building, regardless of the lighting used by individual tenants.
